Nutrition
RITWW nutrition programs help individuals to learn how various foods affect the body’s overall health. A certified nutritionist guides each participant through meal planning, smart snack choices, and grocery shopping tips. Learn how to increase vitamin absorption, hydration, energy and confidence through a long term plan, lifestyle changes, and a healthy body image. Goals may include managing weight, blood pressure, sugar levels and cholesterol.
Our registered dieticians are certified professionals with over 1,400 hours of course work from accredited programs. Each nutrition counseling session is tailored for an individual’s needs, physical condition, and goals. Private sessions last approximately 45-60 minutes.
